Keep happiness blooming month after month. Subscribe for seasonal, hand-crafted bouquets with locally grown fresh-cut flowers.
The Spring Farm-Fresh Flower Subscription includes a total of three luscious bouquets, one each month during April, May and June. Flower bouquets will come beautifully bundled in brown kraft paper. Though the bouquet may look great as is, you may even be inspired to create your own unique arrangement with your own personal touch.
Upon purchase, you will receive an email receipt to confirm your subscription. We will send a reminder email one month in advance of the subscription startup as a reminder and the week of pickups with the following information:
Pick Up Location: Farm-Fresh Flower Subscription members will pick up their share of flowers each month from one of the following designated locations – Country Road Flowers (Ottawa, Ohio), and Putnam County locations
Monthly pickup dates are TBD. While there will be set days for picking up bouquets; keep in mind mother nature is in charge. Weather may result in a push back regarding pickup dates. We apologize for any inconveniences this may yield; however we are ultimately on mother nature's schedule.

Refund Policy: Our subscription flowers are planned months in advance, and each bouquet is grown-to-order. We are not able to accommodate refunds for any reason; however, should you need to reschedule a pick-up time or wish to gift the subscription to someone else for that month, please do not hesitate to contact us. In order to avoid an inconvenience to the pickup locations, rescheduled bouquets need to be picked up on the farm. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in making the most of your floral experience.
Flowers are a perishable product, and their vase life can vary. Country Road Flowers provides flower care instructions at the beginning of each flower subscription. All flowers are harvested in peak condition; however, each variety may vary in regards to vase life depending on care.
